In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on sis77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sis77 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or collect winnings on the platform. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under laws directly applicable to you as an individual.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party, corporation, or trust is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of sis77 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners, unless prior written consent has been obtained from sis77 management.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from sis77 or any affiliated platform, and must not be subject to any active cooling-off or exclusion period.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

sis77 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied, and to void any wagers placed or winnings accrued during any period of ineligibility.

Players must complete the sis77 registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information. By submitting your registration details, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will keep it updated throughout the life of your account.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active sis77 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, device, IP address, household, payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sis77 will close all but the first registered account. Any balance held in a duplicate account will be forfeited without refund, and any winnings derived from wagering while operating duplicate accounts will be void.

3.2 Required Registration Information

Players are required to provide the following information during registration:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Preferred local bank account or e-wallet details for deposit and withdrawal
• A username and a secure password chosen by the Player

3.3 Account Approval

sis77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of sis77 to provide services indefinitely; the platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts subject to the provisions of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sis77 login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct on the sis77 platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the sportsbook in a manner not sanctioned by sis77
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings resulting from technical errors must be reported immediately and are not payable
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, card, or live dealer game
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider without first attempting resolution through sis77 customer support

sis77 monitors accounts continuously for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is suspected or confirmed, sis77 may immediately suspend or terminate the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

sis77 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

5.1 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Maximum single deposit limits vary by account tier and payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Daily and monthly deposit limits may be set by the Player via the Responsible Gaming dashboard.

5.2 Processing Time

Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt by sis77's payment processor. E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly. sis77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems, scheduled bank maintenance, or public holidays observed by Indonesian financial institutions.

5.3 Deposit Source

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, sis77 will return the funds to the source account (less any reasonable processing cost) and may suspend the Player account pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Funds at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the KYC requirements in Clause 9. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless an alternative verified method has been approved by sis77 support.

6.1 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily limits are determined by the Player's account verification tier and are displayed in the withdrawal section of the account dashboard. VIP-tier accounts benefit from elevated withdrawal limits and priority processing.

6.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1 business hour for fully verified accounts. Upon approval, funds are typically received within the following timeframes, measured in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7):

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Under 10 minutes in most cases
• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata): Within 30 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours; next business day for requests submitted outside banking hours or during national public holidays

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal of Real Funds is subject to the following conditions:

• The Player must have completed at least one deposit and wagered a minimum of 1× the deposited amount before a withdrawal request will be accepted. This turnover requirement is designed to prevent payment-channel abuse and does not apply to winnings from wagers placed with Real Funds beyond the 1× threshold.
• Any active Bonus Funds or pending wagering requirements attached to the account balance must be resolved — either completed or forfeited — before the associated Real Funds component can be withdrawn.
• The Player's KYC verification must be complete for withdrawals exceeding Rp 5.000.000 in a single request or Rp 10.000.000 in aggregate within any rolling 30-day period.

sis77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 25× the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds are used after Real Funds are depleted. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds wagering are credited as additional Bonus Funds until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
• The maximum bet permitted while a wagering requirement is active is Rp 50.000 per round or bet unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus Funds expire 7 days from the date of credit unless the promotion specifies a different validity period.
• sis77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect promotions already accepted and in progress.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

sis77 employs automated monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, coordinated play between accounts to generate artificial turnover, and systematic exploitation of a single game type to disproportionately meet requirements. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, sis77 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

7.3 Welcome Bonus

New Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Specific welcome bonus terms — including the eligible deposit amount, bonus percentage, maximum bonus value, and wagering requirements — are published on the promotions page of the sis77 website and may be updated periodically. The welcome bonus is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

All games and sportsbook markets available on sis77 are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general provisions apply across all products:

8.1 Slots & Casino Games

All slot titles and casino games on sis77 use independently certified random number generators (RNGs). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the relevant game studios and represent theoretical long-term averages; they do not guarantee any outcome in any individual gaming session. sis77 does not modify game RNGs or alter published RTPs.

8.2 Live Casino

Live dealer tables are streamed in real time from studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified providers. sis77 is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by network issues on the Player's side. Where a live game is disconnected mid-hand and cannot be restored, the round will be resolved in accordance with the provider's published disconnection policy, which is available within the game interface.

8.3 Sportsbook

All sportsbook odds are subject to change without notice prior to the commencement of the relevant event. Bets accepted at the displayed odds are binding at the price confirmed on the bet slip at the time of placement. sis77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a result has already been determined at the time of placement (bandar bola — sports bookmaking — markets included), or where the odds offered were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be settled as winners for the full payout to apply. If one or more selections within a mix parlay are voided, the bet is recalculated using the remaining selections at their respective odds. 8.4 Specialty Games

Specialty games including Bandar Q and Andar Bahar are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game. Players are advised to read these rules before placing real-money wagers.

sis77 is required under its international licensing obligations to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at sis77's discretion.

9.1 Required Documents

Players may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any sis77 content without the prior written consent of sis77. Unauthorised use of sis77 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

sis77 collects, stores, and processes Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at sis77.bio/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

sis77 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard stored personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Player data is never sold to third parties for independent marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sis77 excludes all liability for the following:

• Loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service provider outages, or events outside sis77's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failures)
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials
• Losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform where such information contains errors or omissions not caused by sis77's gross negligence
• Losses incurred as a result of the Player's use of VPN tools, proxy services, or other circumvention methods that violate these Terms

Where sis77 is found liable despite the above exclusions, the maximum aggregate liability of sis77 to any Player shall not exceed the total value of Real Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming regulatory standards applicable to the licensing jurisdiction under which sis77 operates. sis77 operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform under international licensing standards; no claim of approval or endorsement by any Indonesian government regulatory body is made or implied.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of sis77, you agree to follow the following escalation process before initiating any formal legal proceedings:

The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

sis77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect Player rights, deposit or withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — sis77 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the sis77 website and, where practicable, via email to the address registered on the Player's account.

Your continued use of the sis77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining Real Funds balance prior to the effective date.
